DELIVERY POLICY

1. Incoming orders will be processed on daily basis on working days, which is MONDAY-FRIDAY

2. The daily cut-off time for order processing will be 11.00 am (Malaysia Time). For payment information received and verified before 11.00 am parcel will be delivery the same day.

3. In the event of technical or resources issue, We reserve the right to delay your order delivery without prior notice.

4. For urgent orders, please make a note in your order form so we can try our best to carry a special arrangement for you.

5. If it so happen that your ordered item is out of stock where your parcel will to be put on hold, you the information will be updated via email, the day before 10.00 pm, with our best to contact you before sending out your parcel. In certain conditions, we will refund you directly without prior notice.

6. After sending out your parcel, tracking number will be provided via email before 10.00 pm of the day. There might be occasional delivery delay during peak season such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year eve, Public Holidays, certain occasion where estimated duration may not apply. You may contact our courier service if you are not receiving your parcel within the estimated duration. Under the case where the issue have not resolved, please email us at enquiry@fabulousshoes.com and we are happy to assist you with that. 

7. Reasons causing the parcel to be rejected/returned due to undelivered/ wrong address or contact number or delivery has not been attended additional shipping costs for re-sending the parcel will be bear by purchaser.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

For you to feel at peace to shop online under the roof of FabulousShoes.com we provide of all products you've purchased regardless of dissatisfaction or defected item. With that you can shop confidently on our promise.

The above is subject to be following conditions:

1. Application via email must be within 7 days from the day receipt the parcel by the purchaser.

2. All item(s) must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

3. Exchange/refund is only applicable for purchase/shipment within Malaysia. The policy is not applicable to international transaction.

4. Customer is only allowed to exchange for same product only.

5. Exchange of product is subject to availability, if the item is not available purchaser may request for refund.

6. In the case of missing item/defect/wrong item, Fabulous Shoes.com reserves to right from time to time proceed with refund without prior notice.

Fabulous Shoes.com is selling every item at very tiny margin with the source directly from manufacturer, thus there are some situation which we do not clarify as defect.

Step 2: How to return item?

Upon application approved. Please send back the item together with the invoice slip.
