Why was my order cancelled?

PAYMENT
What kind of payments do you accept?
For local (Malaysia) orders, we accept payment via internet banking or ATM transfer.
Which bank and accounts do I transfer tp for ATM/ I-Banking?
You may transfer to the banks below.
We strongly encourage same bank transfer (i.e. Maybank to Maybank or CIMB Bank to Cimb Bank).
If you have a bank that is not on the list above ( for e.g. Maybank/CIMB Bank). You may also perform an inter-bank transfer (i.e. Maybank to CIMB Bank). However, do note the longer processing time of 3 working days for such transfers.
How long do I have to make payment after I checkout?
We abide strictly to a 2 days deadline. Orders will be cancelled if you do not update us with your payment details within 2 days. You can resubmit a new order if you are not able to perform the transfer within 2 days.
I have completed the transfer ( ATM/I-Banking) What do I do next?
After payment has been made, Kindly send us EMAIL or WATSAPP us with your receipt picture.

What are the types of delivery services that you provide?
We are using Poslaju as our primary delivery service.
I have not received my order. What should I do?
Our delivery times are based on the number of working days (Monday-Fridays) you should expect to receive your delivery by. If your order has been shipped out and it has not arrived in the estimated delivery time as stated below, please contact Us.
Our estimated delivery time is 7-12 working days from receipt of payment.

How to calculate the refund amount?
If you return an item with reason for return is not a result of Damaged/ Wrong Delivery/ Quality issue, purchase price will be refund. If you choose to Return, you'll pay the cost charged by the carrier selected.
Total purchase that has been fall below RM 100 resulting by the return, where is not a result of Damaged/ Wrong Delivery/ Quality issue, cost of previous shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you shipped the item back to Fabulous Shoes at your own expense, and the return is the result of our error, you will be refunded your shipping costs when we process the return.
I've returned my item, how soon will I receive my refund?
If you are returning the item for a refund to your original payment method, you should receive your refund in 1-3 business days after we have received your returned item.
It has been almost 2 weeks, I have yet to receive my refund.
